Terms of Service

The service is provided by Rankdesk, established in Eindhoven, The Netherlands. In these terms, we and us mean Rankdesk, and you means the person or company using the service.

Rankdesk researches your website, competitors and keywords, generates SEO articles, landing pages and images, and can publish them to the platforms you connect. Features may change, improve or be retired over time. We aim to keep the service available at all times but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions by team members you invite.
• You must be at least 18 years old and, if you sign up for a company, authorised to bind it.

• New accounts get a free trial. When the trial ends, access to the product is limited until you choose a plan.
• Trial accounts that are never upgraded are removed automatically, including all content in them. Export what you want to keep before that happens.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. Cancel at any time from your dashboard; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. We may change prices with 30 days notice, effective from your next renewal.
• Payments are handled by our payment provider. Late or failed payment may lead to suspension of the account.

Because the service is digital and available immediately, paid periods that have started are not refundable. Consumers in the European Union have a 14 day right of withdrawal, which ends as soon as you start using the paid service and confirm that you waive that right.

You own the content Rankdesk generates for you and everything you upload. You give us a limited licence to store, process and publish that content so we can run the service on your behalf. We may use aggregated, anonymised usage statistics to improve the product.

Rankdesk itself, including the software, design and documentation, remains our property. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer it.

Content is generated by AI models. It can contain errors, outdated facts or claims that do not fit your market. You are responsible for reviewing content before it goes live, for its accuracy, and for compliance with advertising, medical, financial and other sector rules that apply to you. We give no guarantee about rankings, traffic, revenue or search engine treatment of published content.

You may not use Rankdesk to:

• publish unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content;
• generate content for sites you do not own or are not authorised to manage;
• scrape, overload, probe or circumvent the security of the service;
• resell generated output as a competing automated writing service;
• share one account across separate companies to avoid plan limits.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, and we may block domains or email addresses linked to abuse.

When you connect WordPress, Shopify, a Lovable site or another platform, you authorise us to publish on your behalf. Those platforms have their own terms and we are not responsible for their availability, changes to their APIs, or the way they display your content.

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in any 12 month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit, lost traffic, lost rankings or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence.

You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. We may terminate an account with notice if you breach these terms or fail to pay. After termination we delete your data in line with our privacy policy, so export your content first.

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance by email or in the app. If you do not accept a change, you can cancel before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the law of The Netherlands. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Den Bosch, The Netherlands, unless mandatory law requires another court.
